Please join U.S. Immigration Attorneys Mr. Vishal Chander and Ms. Sayra Alcazar for a one-hour seminar on immigration options to the United States through foreign investment, trade, entrepreneurship, and outstanding achievement.  The seminar will be hosted at the historic La Hacienda de los Morales on Tuesday August 27, 2019 at 7:30 am. 

• The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program – The program offers lawful permanent resident status to individuals investing at least $500,000 in certain targeted employment areas.  Regulatory changes increase the minimum investment amount to $900,000 in November 2019.
• Immigration through Entrepreneurship – We will discuss obtaining temporary and lawful permanent resident status by expanding business operations through substantial investment or trade with the United States.   We will outline the fundamentals of the L-1, E-1, E-2, and EB-1C categories.
• Immigration through Outstanding Achievement – We will discuss temporary and lawful permanent resident status for Individuals who are at the top of their field in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics at the national or international level.  This includes the O-1 and EB-1A categories.

Reservations are required.  Attendees will be expected to meet the requirements for an accredited investor, be employed in an executive or managerial capacity with an organization of distinguished reputation, own a business employing at least 50 people, or otherwise show they are at the top of their fields in the arts. 

Mr. Chander and Ms. Alcázar will be scheduling one-on-one appointments throughout the week to help advise interested individuals.
