David J. Fischman is Of Counsel with The Chander Law Firm.  Based in the New York City office, Mr. Fischman assists The Chander Law Firm with all areas of practice, including immigration.  Mr. Fischman focuses more specifically in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, and real estate.

Mr. Fischman has practiced law for over twenty years in the State of New York.  Before entering private practice, Mr. Fischman was Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.  Mr. Fischman is currently principal of David J. Fischman, P.C.
