USCIS Announces Restructuring

 

In an effort to improve efficiency and better accomplish its mission, Director Alejandro Mayorkas announced a restructuing of USCIS.  The changes will include the creation of a Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate and a Customer Service Directorate.  USCIS will also be dividing the Domestic Operations Directorate into the Service Center Operations and Field Operations directorates.  A chart of the structural changes is available on the USCIS website.
