The topics will include: · The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program — The program offers lawful permanent resident status to individuals investing at least $500,000 in certain targeted employment areas. Regulatory changes increase the minimum investment amount to $900,000 in November 2019. · Immigration through Entrepreneurship — We will discuss obtaining temporary and lawful permanent resident status by expanding business operations through substantial investment or trade with the United States. We will outline the fundamentals of the L-1, E-1, E-2, and EB-1C categories. · Immigration through Outstanding Achievement — We will discuss temporary and lawful permanent resident status for Individuals who are at the top of their field in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics at the national or international level. This includes the O-1 and EB-1A categories. Reservations are required.
