TPS Re-registration Period for Haiti Extended

USCIS announced extension of the re-registration period for Haitian nationals who have already been granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and seek to maintain the status for an additional 18 months. Re-registration is now extended from November 30, 2012 to January 29, 2013. Re-registration will allow extension of TPS status for Haitian nationals for an additional 18 month period starting January 23, 2013 through July 22, 2014.
